We are looking for someone who can:

  • Pitch to prospective clients and plan sales strategies (from pre-sales to post-signing)
  • Identify opportunities in target markets
  • Generate leads through cold calling or through networking at shows and expos
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clientele
  • Assess client needs and the company's ability to meet said needs
  • Create development plans and sales forecasts
  • Prepare reports on goals, analyze performances based on multiple indicators
  • Use CRM software to manage interactions
  • Work with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies

We are looking for someone with:

  • D.M.E., B.E. or M.B.A. degrees
  • At least 20+ years of experience in business development (especially in automotive or industrial parts segments)
  • Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs
  • A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements
  • Knowledge of labor norms and factory acts
  • A greater understanding of IATF requirements; fully knowledgeable in ISO products and of 5S.


  • Salary: ₹90,000 to ₹1,10,000 (Depends on Skill and Experience)
