We are looking for someone who can:
- Pitch to prospective clients and plan sales strategies (from pre-sales to post-signing)
- Identify opportunities in target markets
- Generate leads through cold calling or through networking at shows and expos
- Maintain strong relationships with key clientele
- Assess client needs and the company's ability to meet said needs
- Create development plans and sales forecasts
- Prepare reports on goals, analyze performances based on multiple indicators
- Use CRM software to manage interactions
- Work with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies
We are looking for someone with:
- D.M.E., B.E. or M.B.A. degrees
- At least 20+ years of experience in business development (especially in automotive or industrial parts segments)
- Exposure to the requirements of automotive two-wheeler OEMs including EV OEMs
- A deep understanding of aftermarket requirements
- Knowledge of labor norms and factory acts
- A greater understanding of IATF requirements; fully knowledgeable in ISO products and of 5S.
Salary
- Salary: ₹90,000 to ₹1,10,000 (Depends on Skill and Experience)
